Loanable tools and toolkits
As part of our Lend & Mend section we have a range of FREE loanable tools and toolkits which can be borrowed for up to 14 days at a time. Loans can be renewed for a further 14 days subject to demand and availability. You can find all the different tools available below and on our online catalogue by searching ‘Lend and mend.’ As we expand the loanable tool collection new items will be added to this list.
Please note – to borrow any of our tools you must be a registered library member and must be aged 18 or over. You must also sign an Equipment Loan Agreement each time you borrow an item from our tool collection. We also ask that all borrowed equipment is returned in good, clean condition ready for the next user.
Toolboxes
Toolbox 1 – a toolbox containing a hammer, measuring tape, set of wrenches and screwdriver set with changeable heads
Toolbox 2 – a toolbox containing a hammer, measuring tape, stud sensor and screwdriver set
Toolbox 3 – a toolbox containing a hammer, a set of pliers and a set of Allen keys
